The P3ProSwing is a modern marvel of high-speed computer
electronics engineering. Select (Enter) the type of club
(Driver-Iron-Putter) you’re using (on your computer). Place
your ball on the tee of the sensor unit and take your swing.
65 solid-state infra-red emitters and detectors capture your
club information as it travels through the impact zone which,
detects your club at three locations, 100 mms before impact,
at impact, and 100 mms after impact. These infrared sensors
measure the speed (velocity), swing path (club direction)
and face angle (yaw) of your club as it travels through the
impact zone.
The 65 emitters and detectors measure with millisecond precision exactly how fast your club face struck the ball and at what angles. Based on the club/iron parameters, the P3ProSwing system calculates what that exact combination of forces and vectors will do to the ball. The result of the P3ProSwing analysis of each stroke is shown on a split-screen of your computer. On the left side of the screen are the read-outs of the club-strike dynamics; on the right side a visual image of the balls flight path.
